March 27, 2014 - Advocates for Changes, Training

On Thursday, March 27th from 5-8pm, GLSEN Pittsburgh will host the next installment of its Advocates for Change in the Education System training, a workshop on GLSEN’s Model Policies and How to Meet with Decision Makers. The workshop will take place at the Beauty Shoppe co-working office space located at 6101 Penn Ave. Suite 201. Contact advocacy@glsenpgh.org for more information and to RSVP. Livin' Out Loud is a collaborative event of Garden of Peace Project, GLSEN, True T Entertainment, and Willie  Gee's Fashion to honor the National Day of Silence. The Day of Silence's purpose is to bring attention to anti-LGBT name-calling, bullying and harassment, and effective responses. Click here to register!
